You Are Not Alone

Caring for someone with a mental or emotional condition can be confusing and overwhelming. This group offers a place to find guidance, encouragement, and Christ-centered hope. Together, we learn how to support our loved ones while growing spiritually and emotionally through life’s challenges.

In this Group, We Will

• Develop a Christian perspective on suffering and victorious living in Christ.
• Support one another during times of crisis.
• Share experiences and practical ways to navigate care and the mental-health system.
• Discuss helpful materials and resources.
• Compile contacts and tools to assist those supporting loved ones with mental illness.
