Dear Church Family,

In anticipation of the joyous season of celebrating the birth of our Lord, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your steadfast commitment to the call God has placed on Lake Avenue Church. In a time where daylight lessens, and darkness seems to linger, it becomes increasingly crucial for us to continue shining the light of Christ in our neighborhood and beyond.

God has done amazing things at LAC during this year. Our Missional community movement has been instrumental in drawing many of our friends, family, and neighbors to pray, celebrate, and serve as one united body with over 730 people participating. We are unapologetically proclaiming the Gospel, forming mission partnerships both locally and globally, and witnessing the Kingdom of God expand with the addition of 53 new members. Over $31K was raised towards relief efforts in the Middle East. We keenly sense the Holy Spirit's guiding presence as we immerse ourselves more fully in engaging with the people and culture in our midst.

Thank you for your faithful partnership and financial support during this year. The ministry work is done with your investment, and we are grateful for your help.

We are now planning for the next year and invite you to prayerfully consider a year-end gift to help us reach our target of $1,120,000 before December 31, 2023. Year-end gifts must be postmarked by December 31, 2023, to be counted toward our target. Your thoughtful consideration of how you will partner with the church during the end of the calendar year would greatly assist us in achieving our planned ministry goals for the year.
