This course is designed to provide and practice proven Christ-Centered communication tools for everyone. These skills include:

• Learning how to Speak truthfully, clearly, honestly, and timely
• Learning how our “Family of Origin” impacts our thoughts and actions
• Learning how to Identify and Evaluate the more difficult feelings
• Learning how “Clarifying Assumptions and Expectations” will diminish conflict
• Learning how to resolve conflicts by “Listening Incarnationally and “Fight Cleanly”
