You are warmly invited to our Annual Summer Church Meeting 2025 in person on Sunday, August 24, at 11:15 am in the Worship Center.

Agenda items include membership update; ministry highlights; leadership slate for election of incoming elders and members of the Leadership Development Team (LDT) for the new ministry year; proposed ministry plan and budget for 2025-2026; and Feb. 2, 2025 church meeting minutes approval.

Summer church meeting packet 2025 and Feb 2, 2025 church meeting minutes are available for download at https://lakeave.org/congregational-documents/church-meeting-documents-2024-2025. These will also be available for pick-up in person on Sunday, August 17. We ask church members to please review the Feb 2, 2025 church meeting minutes in advance.

Voting for the leadership slate will be open to active members 3 days in advance beginning at 9 am on August 21. Voting will close at the end of the church meeting on August 24. Electronic voting is open at any time during this voting period. Phone voting is open only during the hours of 9:30 am – 4:30 pm on Thursday, August 21 and Friday, August 22. Paper ballot is available during the church meeting on August 24, and will be collected at the end of the meeting.
